Many people who love steelhead aren’t fortunate enough to live near them. This creates a situation where their time fishing for them is very valuable and they want to be able to make the most of it. This is understandable but when the conditions are right fishing a dry fly will teach and show you lots about your swing and the action and reaction of what you do while your fly is swinging It’s a real eye opener if you take the time, Nevermind the fact that it’s amazing to make them come for that dry. When you have clearish, warmer water high 40+ dedicate a little more time to swinging a dry you will be glad you did.
